Sourced locally and abroad, spices procured by Exim are of the highest quality and are milled and blended in Exim’s onsite state of the art Spice Factory.
Comprising both a milling and blending as well as a steam sterilisation facility Exim’s Spice Factory has been awarded the highest international health and safety accreditation and is both ISO 2200 and HACCP approved.
Extensive quality control tests as well as new product development are undertaken in the Spice Factory Laboratory.
A crucial part of the Spice Factory, clients are offered access and consultation with highly skilled food science technologists who are able to work in conjunction with them on bespoke recipes and product developments.
